:: PERSONALITY :: Meg is a very kind and sweet person when first meeting her. She has a way with children and finds herself longing for her own one day when left around them for extended periods of time. When with close friends, Meg is very friendly and playful. She enjoys having a good laugh with her friends and cares for them deeply. Because of this, she is very loyal and will stand by those who are close to her, not having the time or effort for being two-faced. Although generally a sweet and kind person, Meg has the tendency to be quite the little spit fire when angered or insulted. She does not put up with rudeness or general nastiness and will make it very known.
:: HISTORY :: Meg was the result of a surprise pregnancy. Her mother Ruth, had reluctantly come to believe that a vampire could not have children, so was delighted to discover that she was in fact pregnant. What was even stranger about the pregnancy, was that Meg was born a hybrid. At the time of her birth, being a hybrid seemed to be a hindrance rather than an advantage. None the less, being part wolf, Meg was unable to maintain a permanent residence at the Blake clan, as it was a vampire only place by vampire law.
As Meg's father was a traditional werewolf and neither of her parents knew of modern werewolves, they both assumed she would turn during each full moon. Anxiously they watched her as a child,, wondering when the transitions would start. They did not want to risk leaving her with her father in case he killed her once he turned, but they also did not want her to turn and attack her family at the clan. As Meg grew up, her parents taught her about werewolves and vampires and how she was a special mix of both. They had also told her that she would turn into a wolf once a month like her father did and that they needed to figure out when she might do that.
Anxious, Meg thought about it for that whole month, wondering if at the next full moon, she would turn into a wolf and try to tear things apart. When the full moon did occur, she was so nervous about it that she initiated her first phase. The experience had been uncomfortable and slightly frightening, but Meg was a wolf! She could see and hear things differently, plus it awoke her instincts. Not wanting to be inside, Meg raced out of the mansion, attracting the attention of her mother and the second in charge. Not caring, Meg burst out of the estate and ran, enjoying the feeling of running on all fours.
Meg ran and ran and ran until she stumbled across two wolf pups by a river. The boy, Aiden was curious, while the female, Saiche was eager to challenge Meg. The pups argues over who would be boss and why when Seath, the alpha of the Sleuth pack arrived. Meg willingly announced herself, not knowing that Seath was plotting against her mother's downfall with Demetrious. Eventually, Meg's father found her, having been alerted by Ruth that she had gone and took her home.
As a child, Meg held a great affection for both Aiden and Saiche. At first, she and Saiche had locked horns, trying to declare themselves as more dominant than the other, until one day Meg punched another child for kicking over her sand castle. From then on, she had earned Saiche's respect and the two became as close as sisters. Meg's affections for Aiden were different, but she was too young to understand at the time.
As she grew up, Meg began to realize that she had rather strong feelings for Aiden, but was too scared to show them. She feared that he wouldn’t see her as anything but a sister-like friend and that by declaring her feelings, would ruin their tight friendship. To sooth her desires, Meg started dating other boys, trying to turn her affections on other people, but the plan didn’t work, but it did end up making Aiden jealous.
It took Saiche’s party and a game of 7 minutes in heaven to get the two together, but after that, Meg never wanted to leave him. The shock and happiness that filled her when she realized he felt the same stayed with her.
Her feelings were put to the test however when Aiden left for a year or so. In this time, Meg was swarmed by mortals at the school, all wanting a piece. Never was Meg tempted by anyone else, but instead grew angry that none of them believed that Aiden would be back.
Finally things turned sour when Razor got involved. He managed to kill a mortal boy who was last seen with Meg which forced her to leave her home, as if the police were involved, they would seek out Meg at the clan and discover the coven of vampires.
After Aiden returned, Meg’s worries weren’t over. She soon fell pregnant while she was at college. At first, Meg was shocked and wondered how she would be treated by both hers and Aiden's family. The Sleuth pack were accepting of her, but she was not firmly part of the pack yet and she hoped that her falling pregnant was not going to cause Aiden any issues. When she realised everyone was simply just happy for her, she relaxed. A few months later though, she miscarried . The miscarriage she feared was due to her being a hybrid. She wasn’t even sure if she could breed, but Aiden let her know about his hereditary trait, which gave her a sliver of hope. Although the pregnancy was not planned, she did want to have kids, and hated to think that she would never be able to have her own. Not long after that, Aiden proposed.
To numb the pain, Meg busied herself with planning hers and Aiden's wedding, especially since her sister was raped by the same rogue who had framed her with Jesse's murder. The wedding went well, but once they returned home, it was clear that the troubles at home weren't over. Meg had no idea that Seath had been affiliated with Demetrious all those years ago. For years they had knowingly plotted against her family, even while she and Aiden were dating. It wasn't until they got engaged that Seath and Latch broke the alliance with Demetrious.
Meg discovered moments before the fighting that Aiden had been told about the affiliation once Seath and Latch broke it off. It had hurt her that the family she had married into was once plotting her mother's death, not to mention how much it hurt to discover that Aiden had known, but not told her. She knew he kept it from her, wanting to spare her feelings, but in the end it lead to the death of most of her family.
Despite the betrayal she felt, Meg fought beside the Sleuth pack and Blake clan against Demetrious and his army. She witnessed the death of her mother, before the witch Lucielle finally brought the fighting to an end. The last thing Meg saw was a blinding flash of white, before everything went black.

Meg woke up one morning in a strange bed. Sitting up, she came to realise she did not remember anything. Not even her own name. As she carefully slipped out of bed, she realised her clothes were torn and covered in dry blood. Horrified, Meg ducked into the bathroom and showered. Meg soon discovered she was in a hotel in Arizona. She found her wallet under her pillow and rediscovered her name. Meg Winchester.
With little cash on her and no more idea of who she was aside from her name, Meg awkwardly tried to fit into society. She didn't want anyone to know how confused she was about her life, in case people thought she was crazy. She also felt like she shouldn't let people know about her if she could avoid it.
Although Meg began to fit into everyday life, she would become curious about things. Why did she have a wedding ring? Well really, who is/was her husband? Was her married name Winchester or is that her maiden name?
She assumed her husband gave her the pink, heart shaped diamond necklace that she wore around her neck as well. What pained her most was that she could not remember being married or even in love. After ransacking her wallet, Meg finally found a small booth photo of a teenaged couple. It was heavily damaged from years of wear and tear from being kept inside her wallet, but it pictured a handsome boy with shoulder length dark hair with his arms affectionately around a teenaged Meg. Meg willed herself to remember who the boy was and her previous life, but she couldn't remember.
Optimistically, Meg asked around if anyone knew or had seen the boy in her photo, but no one seemed to know who he was or why she was looking for him. Disappointed, Meg began to lose hope in ever finding this him.
As the years rolled by, Meg discovered a love for children. She began working in a daycare center, where she met Marcus. Marcus was a little older than Meg, but had a natural way with children. After a few weeks of friendly chatting at work, Marcus asked Meg out on a date, to which she accepted.
He took her to dinner then walked with her through a park, holding her hand. Meg felt happier than she had since she awoke in the hotel with no memories, however the image of the boy from the photo would flash across her mind at random.
As the night began to end, Marcus walked Meg back to her little apartment. Before she even had time to think about it, she found herself in a passionate embrace with Marcus in her room. As his fingers ran over her skin, Meg felt nervous chills run down her body. She couldn't stop thinking of 'the boy' even though she didn't know who he was. What if he was alive and looking for her? What if he found her in a relationship with Marcus?
Before things got too carried away, Meg stopped Marcus and admitted that she believed she was married. Marcus seemed humiliated, hurt and confused, but Meg was unable to answer his questions.
She didn't know where her husband was or if she was still married.
After marcus left, Meg pulled out the photo, hoping that she'd soon figure out what her previous life was.
Things at work began to get weird. No matter how hard she tried to talk to Marcus, he seemed to avoid her. Uncomfortable, Meg finally left and decided to travel a little.
From time to time, Meg would swear she saw a fang when she looked at her reflection, but upon closer inspection, she'd find nothing but her normal teeth. She'd noticed too that dogs seemed to love her and would listen to her commands. This however, she didn't find odd. Instead, she began debating whether it was worth buying a pet. She wanted a dog. Something to share her love with and have as a companion, but she feared she wouldn't have a stable home for long enough to maintain a dog.
As the years passed, Meg noticed something else strange. She did not seem to age. A few of her friends began to tease and whine, wishing they looked as young as she did, but Meg became concerned. Not aging for some reason seemed normal, but everything else was telling her aging was a natural process. Reluctantly, Meg lost contact with her friends and moved town again.
One morning Meg woke up in her flat in Texas and seemed somewhat drawn to Colorado. She could not shift the thought and soon associated Colorado with 'home'. She didn't understand how or why, but assumed that if she went to Colorado, she'd find answers. With that, Meg packed up her things and made her way to Mactire Falls.
Upon arriving (early 2014), Meg could feel that something was unusual, but couldn't place why. Not long after moving into town, Meg was attacked by a vampire. in her panic, Meg was able to fight him off, to both their surprise. The man vanished, leaving Meg extremely confused.
Later, Meg encountered a very handsome and charismatic man called Kenrick. Before long, the two were dating and Kenrick revealed to her what she was. As time went on, more memories began returning. What was more exciting, was knowing that she had not been crazy and actually was different.
Unfortunately, life didn't stay as happy and carefree for long. An emergency occurred where the leader of a local vampire pack had been bitten by a werewolf. Kenrick had already explained to her that hybrids were believed to be able to cure a werewolf bite. With that, they made their way to the clan, unaware that Meg was the sister of the twin Blake vampires.
Upon seeing her sisters and Aiden, Meg's head exploded with memories, which were as fresh as if the war had occurred moments before. Everyone was in shock, including Meg. Once Meg recovered enough, she provided Alex with the much needed blood, but afterwards, needed time to get away and think. She didn't know how to feel about Aiden and Kenrick, having been in love with the both of them. She also felt like she was two different people in the one body and her current memories clashed with her recently retrieved memories.
Unable to take it, Meg left town. She couldn't help but feel angry that her sisters and Aiden had not been able to find her, especially when she was living in town. She also couldn't bare facing Aiden or Kenrick. She was relieved to find Aiden alive, but the anger she felt towards him as the war broke out was just as raw and current to her. Wounds that had healed somewhat over the past 10 years for everyone else were fresh for Meg and she needed the time to cope and move on.
Knowing that Aiden and Kenrick were not seen very often any more in Mactire, Meg decided to return, many months later. She still deeply cared for her sisters and decided she needed to be near them, considering how much they had all been through.
Although she is more comfortable with who she is, she still doesn't know which 'Meg' is the real her. No longer wanting to feel like she needs to avoid or decide, between the two males, Meg decided to start afresh and become a new 'Meg'; one who knew both sides of her life and learnt from them.
