:: PERSONALITY ::
Aadiah, or Diah, is considered to be a quiet girl with a steady head on her shoulders and a shrewd mind to go into that steady head.
Aadiah is, first and foremost, very clever and very resourceful. She has to be, given the life that she has lived. Diah can figure her way out and into most situations, create and solve most problems. Her bread and butter is composed of a silver tongue, chemical reactions, and a specific skillset. Diah is no combat witch, but she needn’t be with her particular proclivities.
She is contemplative, as most quiet people are; mostly because she has learned that the quietest child is the one that does not get picked to do the nasty work. Perhaps if she’d been raised in a loving home, she might have been a happy and outgoing girl- but that is not how her life was written. Diah is given to long and drawn-out thoughts which translates into decisions that seem mature and effortless. She is naturally curious and seeks out new experiences and stimulation when something rouses her interest, but is not particularly interested in stimuli outside of things that might present a challenge or an adrenaline rush.
Diah is also lauded as being highly discreet and able to keep a secret even when doing otherwise might benefit her. She has been conditioned to be a vassal of a sort, and she is almost always around her father due to the various traits that make her an ideal minion.
She is quite meticulous with her work and her missions, and Diah takes great pleasure in figuring out schematics and strategies down to the tiniest detail.
Other than to her family, Diah is quite apathetic and discourteous unless the situation calls for her to pretend otherwise. Like most of her siblings, Diah can be quite charismatic and persuasive when she needs or wants to be; like most of her siblings, she is also quite greedy and treacherous. As her father might say, ‘the strong eat the weak meat,’ and so it is in her best interest to snatch what she needs and wants by any means necessary.
All in all, Diah is a very agreeable girl when at rest; realistic, obedient, mellow, practical, and yes- perhaps a bit cynical. However, when it comes time to fend for herself or her family’s interest, Diah is a dangerous snake
